“We are quite literally partners in our own evolution”
We’re often told to “become the change” we want to see in the world. But what does that mean? How do we become agents of our own evolution?
Discover and explore the power you hold to shape your life and the world in this powerful 7-session online workshop based on the groundbreaking partnership model developed by internationally renowned thought-leader Riane Eisler.
About the Program
This online workshop will guide you step-by-step through each of the seven relationships described in Eisler’s book The Power of Partnership: Seven Relationships That Will Change Your Life. Working from the inside out, we begin by cultivating deeper Partnership with ourselves, then move outward, exploring how Partnership principles shift our relationships with intimate others, in our workplaces and local communities, our national and international communities, the natural world, and spirituality.
Through weekly presentations, real-time interactive discussions, and provocative assignments, you’ll discover your own answers to what it means for you to live the Partnership Way. The Power of Partnership program culminates in a certificate of completion and designation as a Certified Partnership Practitioner.
- Seven interactive online sessions, including presentations and interactive discussions.
- Weekly exercises for creatively expressing Partnership principles in all aspects of your life.
- Online discussion boards where you can share your reflections and engage in conversation in-between our live sessions.
- Opportunities to talk with amazing people from around the world from the comfort of your own home.
- Membership in an active, ongoing global Alumni Community.
After Completing the Program
As a certified Partnership Practitioner, you’ll join the international community of CPS program alumni, with opportunities to network and share resources with other Partnership advocates through the Partnership Learning Community website. You’ll also be invited to participate in bi-annual online alumni gatherings to hear how Partnership principles are informing the lives, work, and activism of people around the world. What does it mean for you to live the Partnership Way?
Riane Eisler has given me a new perspective on how awareness about the partnership paradigm can create change towards a more caring, sustainable world. For me, her work provides a sense of liberation and hope.

“The partnership framework is a powerful lens for analyzing social, cultural, economic and political issues.”
Daniel HallWest coast Director of Peace and Community relations for the Soka Gakkai International-USA Buddhist Association, California, USA
“The dominator-partnership continuum has transformed my view of the world, myself, my family. In my PhD dissertation, I applied Riane Eisler’s Cultural Transformation Theory to a practice model of family life called Partnership Model of Family Organization (PMFO) as a path to support the creative productivity in mothers, and to help all families move toward partnership relations. As a media contributor and blogger, I am weaving the dominator-partnership lens into my content, as well as into my next book.”
